We have been in contact with Emma Elley at HR Management Solutions for over a year now. Originally Emma attended a briefing meeting where we shared with her our plan for a change in the way in which we produce work on a day to day basis. From this she came back with a proposal of how to introduce a program of change within our organisation.
HR Management Solutions were successful in winning the pitch against quite stiff competition, which included local, national and international organisations. Their success was attributed to a number of factors including personality, method and price.
I have been working on this project with Emma for around 6 months now and have found her to be professional, friendly and approachable. We have a huge project to do here and Emma has enabled me to not only further define our goal but has brought practical help and solutions to enable us to plan the ‘road map’ to success.

She does not force us to involve her in every aspect of the project but makes sure we are going in the right direction and will support and get involved as much as we ask (or if we are really going off on a tangent she will muscle in and bring us back on track....no messing).
