Forthspring is legally governed by it's Board of Directors (4 representatives from each of the three partner groups) who are elected onto the Board annually.
The Board of Directors delegate the responsibility for the day to day running of Forthspring to the Executive Committee who meet on a monthly basis.
At the monthly meetings the Executive Committee receives reports from all the programme workers on the ongoing projects, as well as dealing with any legal and / or financial issues. The current members are:
