was the vital need for quality assured liquid metering that drove the development
of the Failsafe Puls-meter®, whereby,
each reactive liquid component is squeezed at high pressure to achieve minimum
density/maximum weight per unit volume, thus becoming hydraulic prior to being
broken down into metered dots. Each dot is then volumetrically checked for high
accuracy prior to being fired at high speed and rapidity so as to form a qualified
flow rate, bead or shot size. This technique resulted in a patented, digitalized,
principle of high accuracy metering for all types of liquid processes, all of
which are 'failsafe' such that the output is either absolutely correct or, the
process is shut down without any errors having occurred.
The
Failsafe Puls-meter® takes into account:

- Ratios from 1:1 to 100:1
