Surveys & Estimates

Once contact is made, one of our experienced surveyors will carry out a detailed site inspection and survey, taking photographs and core samples where necessary and will discuss your requirements. From this, a survey report, specification and quotation will be provided all without obligation.

Your quotation will consist of the following:

• A detailed description of the building, the problems involved and our recommendations
• A comprehensive specification
• A competitive inclusive price for all works agreed with the client

As an independent company D.W.Tilley Ltd are not affiliated with any material manufacturer, however feature on many approved or preferred contractors lists.

As a major purchaser of roofing materials, we are able to obtain supplies from all the major manufacturers at competitive prices.
