Dr
Mark Jones is a co-founder of CombiPure and Chief Scientific
Adviser. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 14
years and his most recent role was as a senior manager at AstraZeneca.
His expertise is in automation, chromatography and LCMS, with
particular focus on the use of rapid LC/MS methodology for
both analysis and purification. Mr Mark Portsmouth is an analytical chemist with 17 years experience
in the pharmaceutical industry and co-founder of CombiPure
where he is Director of Analysis and Purification. Prior to
this, Mark worked for AstraZeneca providing separation science
support to Drug Discovery. His expertise includes HPLC, CE
and SFC with particular focus on the use of rapid LC/MS methodology
for both analysis and purification. Prior to this, Mark worked
in the field of bio-analysis developing RIA and HPLC methods.
Mr Niels Waleson is the Director of Informatics. Niels holds
a BSc in Analytical Chemistry and has 17 years experience in
laboratory automation. Prior to joining CombiPure, Niels worked
13 years at Hewlett-Packard / Agilent Technologies, predominantly
on Mass Spectrometer and Laboratory Automation Products, and
thereafter as a freelance laboratory automation consultant.
It is this work that introduced Niels to CombiPure at the initial
conception of the company.
