The spring indoor season has almost been and gone. A
number of club athletes have produced excellent performances in the Essex

Chelmsford's finest seasons. The Southern men's team are 2nd in their
division and set for promotion with one match remaining. the Southern
Women's team are 5th in division one after two recent match victories, again
their best performance ever in this league. The EYAL team are 4th and
competing very strongly. In addition there have been some very fine
personal performances in recent weeks which will be mentioned here in due
course.

18th EYAL Round 2 - Chelmsford
An excellent home win keeps the
team on track for another year. A sprint double by Elise Walker in the
under 15g added to an excellent long jump leap by Alex Lusty of 5.10.
Hannah Besford improved her TJ PB to 10.34. On the down side we were very under
strength in the under 17 men filling just 12 out of 25 events!! (results).
June
4th Anglian league round 2 - St Ives
This league continues to provide a
full timetable covering all events and giving plenty of options to club

May
27/28th SoE Champs at Chelmsford

come by. The result set is available via the SoE

due to the weather halting the event at a critical stage. Natasha Davis produced
a pb to make the final in 12.03 (75mh). Alex Lusty u15g leaped to 5th in the
ling jump with 4.84. Harry McQueen ran an excellent 100m in 11.98(heat) to
