A Brief History. 1954 Kaye Elect set up a department manufacturing PO 3000 Type Relays. Bill Power joined them as a Trainee 1962 Kaye Elect sold the relay department to Jones & Sons ( Machine Parts ) Ltd 1965 Simmonds & Robinson were appointed sole distributors. This arrangement continued until 1973 1966 A Plug-in Relay was designed inhouse and put into production 1969 As part of a general re-organisation, the Relay department was made a separate Company : Jones & Nathan. And saw a move to Watford 1969 C.E.G.B. category 1 approval was granted. For Relay Type RP/CL 1982 C.E.G.B category 2 approval was granted. For Relay Type RP/CM 1991 Jones & Nathen was subject to a management buy out lead by Bill Power. With a name change to BCH RELAY Ltd. |
