A.H. Kirkwood Engineering is based in the town of Strathaven in Scotland. We specialise in the design and manufacture of hydraulic manifolds, sub plates, accumulator safety blocks, Din 24342 slip in cartridge caps, as well as many other components that the hydraulic power pack builder will need.

Hydraulic manifold systems are a compact and clean alternative to the traditional method of piping between sub plates or between threaded valves. Using our in house CAD design systems we can integrate almost any hydraulic circuit into a neat, clean, easy to build and maintain manifold system.

A.H. Kirkwood Engineering also has an extensive metal workshop facility. Our three tonne lifting capacity complete with horizontal boring, surface grinding, milling, drilling, turning and fabrication give us the ability to undertake a range of engineering projects second to none.

Our products can be found in all areas of industry including defence, marine, sub sea, mobile, offshore and in such large projects as the Thames and Colne barriers.
